
Water is nature’s best gift to us and we can never do without it. It has a lot of benefits including regulating the body’s temperature, satiates thirst amidst others. Water is an important element in nature and for all creations.
In our everyday lives, we use water to do a lot of things which I don’t need to make mention of but the question is that “how well do you drink water”. Do you wait until you are dehydrated?. No, that’s bad.

*Removal of toxic substances which is passed out through urine
*Regulates body temperature
*Maintains blood pressure
*Boosts performance during exercise
*Forms saliva and mucus in the mouth e.t.c
